Our Umrah Packages
Three packages, one price, nothing added later. Every one of them covers your air ticket, your visa, your hotel, all three meals, air-conditioned transport and the full Ziyarat programme in both cities.
What You Are Booking
For most of our pilgrims this is a first journey abroad. So the package is not a list of things you arrange yourself — it is the whole journey, put together in the Kote Gate office before you leave.
Your visa is applied for by us. Your hotel is booked, in both cities. Your meals are arranged for every day. The coach that takes you to each Ziyarat is part of the package, not an extra. And you travel with the group from your departure airport to Jeddah and back again.
Choose Your Package
The difference between them is how long you stay. Everything included is the same in all three — the shorter package is not a thinner one.
The shortest of the three. Enough time for Umrah and the full Ziyarat programme in both cities.
The one most families choose — an unhurried stay in both Makkah and Madinah.
A full month, and the stay older pilgrims most often ask for.
Deluxe, Super Deluxe and VIP packages — with hotels closer to the Haram — are arranged to order. Tell us your budget and who is travelling, and we will put something together.

Where You Stay
Distance from the Haram is the thing that decides how your days actually go — particularly if you are travelling with elderly parents. These are the distances in the standard packages.
Getting There
Two groups go out every month. We pick whichever airport is easiest for your family, and the group flies together from there.
Included in Every Package
Most operators write “guided Ziyarat tours” and stop there. We name the places before you book — Ghar-e-Hira, Jabal-e-Rahmat, Masjid-e-Quba, Maidan-e-Uhud, Bir-e-Ghars and the rest — so you know where you are going and why it matters.
Eight more sites beyond Madinah are available by choice, with the coach fare paid separately.

Four steps, and we handle everything in between.
Message us on WhatsApp or walk into the Kote Gate office with the names, ages, the package you want and your departure city.
Passport, photographs and the form we send you. We apply for the Umrah visa on your behalf — you do not deal with the consulate.
Once your booking is confirmed we hold your place on that group, and you get the full itinerary with hotel and flight details before you travel.
You are met at the airport and stay with the group throughout. Someone from Bikaner is with you the whole way.
To be completed by the office. Step 3 does not name a booking amount or a payment schedule, because neither has been supplied. It is the question every first-time pilgrim asks — send the office the advance and balance terms and they will be added here.

Nine things, in every one of the three packages: the air ticket, travel insurance, the Umrah visa, hotel on a sharing basis, three meals a day, air-conditioned transport across Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah including all Ziyarat coaches, a passport bag, laundry, and a five-litre can of Zamzam.
We do. The Umrah visa is included in all three packages and our office handles the application. You never deal with the consulate yourself. If you already have your own flights and accommodation, we also process the visa on its own for ₹15,000 per person.
In Makkah, 1,150–1,250 m from Masjid al-Haram. In Madinah, 600–650 m from Masjid an-Nabawi. If you want to be closer, our Deluxe, Super Deluxe and VIP packages are arranged to order — tell us your budget and who is travelling.
Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Lucknow and Ahmedabad. We pick whichever is easiest for your family, and the group travels together from there.
No. There is no age restriction on Umrah. A large share of our pilgrims are between 50 and 70, and the arrangements are planned around that — shorter walks, seats kept aside, and someone from the group always within reach.
Yes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, every day of the journey, for the whole group. It is one of the nine inclusions and it is not charged separately at any point.
