This website collects nothing
There is no account to create, no newsletter, no analytics script and no advertising tracker on this site. The enquiry form does not send anything to a server: when you press send, it opens WhatsApp on your own device with the details you typed already written out, and you choose whether to send that message. Nothing is stored here.
What third parties may see
- Your web host. Like any website, the server that delivers these pages records ordinary request logs.
- Google Fonts. Two typefaces are loaded from Google’s font service, which receives the request.
- YouTube. Video players on the videos page are embedded through
youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play. Once you play a video, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies. - WhatsApp. Messaging us is covered by WhatsApp’s privacy policy, not this one.
What the office collects when you book
To arrange a journey we need the information a visa application and an airline ticket require — names as they appear on passports, dates of birth, passport details, photographs, contact numbers and address. Where relevant, and only where you tell us, we also note health or mobility needs so the group can be arranged around them.
What it is used for
Arranging your journey, and nothing else: the visa application, flight and hotel bookings, insurance, and contacting you about your departure. It is shared only with the parties that have to receive it — the visa authorities, the airline, the hotels and the insurer.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
Photographs and video
Photographs and video from our departures appear on this website. If you travelled with us and would rather an image of you was not published, message the office and it will be removed.
Your rights
You may ask what information the office holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Contact the office using the details below.
