The Journey of a Lifetime
Hajj, with People Who Know the Road
Hajj is once in a lifetime for most pilgrims, and it is not a journey to arrange alone. Our groups travel together from India, with someone from the Bikaner office beside them the whole way.
Who You Travel With
8+ Years of Taking Groups from Rajasthan
Madni Tour & Travels is run by Shoukat Ali Joyia from the Kote Gate office in Bikaner. He holds a B.A. in Arabic and Farsi and spent two years working in Tabuk before this became his profession — so Saudi Arabia, the language and the road were familiar to him long before he began taking caravans there.
That matters more on Hajj than on any other journey. The days in Mina and Arafat are crowded, hot and long, and a great deal depends on the person leading your group knowing exactly where to be and when.

The Rites
What the Days of Hajj Involve
The order below is the Hajj itself, not our itinerary — it is the same for every pilgrim. It is here because most first-time pilgrims want to see the shape of the days before they enquire.
-
Before the 8th
Ihram and arrival in Makkah
Pilgrims enter the state of ihram at the appointed miqat and perform the arrival Tawaf and Sa’i in Masjid al-Haram.
-
8th Dhul Hijjah
Mina
The day of Tarwiyah. Pilgrims move out to the tent city at Mina and stay the night there.
-
9th Dhul Hijjah
Arafat, then Muzdalifah
The day of Arafat, standing on the plain until sunset — the essential rite of Hajj — then on to Muzdalifah for the night under the open sky.
-
10th Dhul Hijjah
Jamarat, qurbani, and Tawaf al-Ifadah
The stoning at the Jamarat, the sacrifice, cutting the hair, and the Tawaf al-Ifadah in Makkah. The day of Eid al-Adha.
-
11th to 13th
The days of Tashreeq
Back at Mina for the remaining days of stoning, before returning to Makkah.
-
Before departure
Tawaf al-Wida and Madinah
The farewell Tawaf, and for most groups the journey on to Madinah and the Ziyarat there.
What We Arrange
The Parts We Take Off Your Hands
The same approach as our Umrah groups: the journey is put together in Bikaner before you leave, and someone travels with you.
To be completed by the office. This page describes how we run a Hajj group, but no Hajj package details, categories, prices, accommodation or licence numbers have been supplied. Send those to the developer and this section becomes a full package listing like the Umrah page. Until then the page is deliberately enquiry-led rather than carrying figures we cannot stand behind.
Getting Started
How to Enquire About Hajj
Three steps, and the first one costs you nothing but a message.
-
1
Message the office
Tell us who is travelling, their ages, and roughly which season you have in mind. WhatsApp is easiest, and someone answers every day.
-
2
We tell you what is available
You get the current options and a real price for the season, along with the document checklist that applies this year.
-
3
Your place is held
Once confirmed, the office handles the paperwork and sends your itinerary before you travel.
Before You Ask
Hajj Questions
Do you publish Hajj package prices?
Not on this website. Hajj pricing depends on the year, the quota route and the category of package, and we would rather quote you a real figure than leave an out-of-date one on a page. Call or message the office and we will tell you what is available for the coming season.
How is Hajj different from Umrah for booking?
Umrah can be booked through the year and our groups go out twice a month. Hajj happens once a year, on fixed dates in Dhul Hijjah, and places are limited — so the enquiry has to be made a long way ahead. Speak to the office as early as you can.
What documents will I need?
A passport valid well beyond your travel date, recent photographs, and the vaccination certificate Saudi Arabia requires of pilgrims. Hajj also carries requirements that Umrah does not, and those change from year to year. The office gives every pilgrim the current checklist rather than asking you to keep track of it.
Is there an age limit for Hajj?
Saudi rules on age for Hajj have changed several times in recent years and depend on the season. We will tell you what applies to your case rather than give you a general answer that may not fit.
Will someone from Bikaner travel with the group?
That is how we run every journey. You are met at the airport and stay with the group throughout, and someone who knows the route and the language is with you.
Can I do Umrah with you first?
Many pilgrims do. Our Umrah groups go out twice a month from five airports, and a good number of first-time Hajj pilgrims travel with us for Umrah beforehand. The Umrah packages are on this website with full prices.
