Someone Travels With You
A person from the Bikaner office goes with every caravan, from the departure airport to the last Ziyarat.
Who We Are
Madni Tour & Travels is not a booking website with a call centre behind it. It is an office on Do Peer Road at Kote Gate, run by a man who goes on the journey with his pilgrims.
Our Story
Rajasthan sends a great many pilgrims to Makkah and Madinah every year, and a great many of them are travelling abroad for the first time in their lives. Most are not comfortable filling in forms in English, or ringing an office in another state, or working out on their own what a visa requires.
That is the gap this business fills. Everything is arranged in Bikaner before the group leaves — the ticket, the visa, the hotel in both cities, the meals, the coach for every Ziyarat. And then someone from the office travels with the caravan, so there is a familiar face at Jeddah, at the hotel, and at every site along the way.
It is a small operation and it is meant to be. The person who takes your booking is the person you will see at the airport.
Who You Travel With
Madni Tour & Travels is run by Shoukat Ali Joyia from the Kote Gate office in Bikaner. Before he began taking groups to Makkah and Madinah he taught for five years in darul ulooms across Gujarat and Rajasthan, and spent two years working in Tabuk — so Saudi Arabia, the language and the road were familiar to him long before they became his profession.
How We Work
Six things our pilgrims mention when they come back. None of them is a slogan — each one is a decision the office makes about how a journey is run.
A person from the Bikaner office goes with every caravan, from the departure airport to the last Ziyarat.
All 41 sites are named before you book, not described vaguely as “guided tours”.
Nine inclusions in every package. The price you are quoted in the office is the price you pay.
A large share of our pilgrims are between 50 and 70, and the arrangements are planned around that.
You are never asked to explain yourself in a language you are not comfortable in — here or there.
Open every day of the week, on the phone and on WhatsApp, before and during your journey.
Where We Work
The office is in Bikaner, and we take pilgrims from across Rajasthan and from Jammu & Kashmir. Branches in these places mean there is someone local to speak to before you travel.
To be completed by the office. The company’s pilgrim bag also prints four regional representatives with their mobile numbers. They are not published here, because they are other people’s personal numbers and a website is permanent and indexed. If the office wants them shown, set reps.publish to true in _build/data.mjs and they will appear as contact cards.
Real Journeys
Every photograph on this website was taken on a Madni departure. None of it is stock.
