Before you leave
Everything is arranged in the Kote Gate office first: the ticket, the visa, the hotels in both cities, the meals, the coach for every Ziyarat. Your itinerary — flight timings, hotel details, the meeting point for your group — comes to you before the date.
In Rajasthan a caravan usually leaves with a send-off. Garlands, family, photographs at the door. It is not part of any package; it is simply how it is done here.
At the airport
You meet the rest of the group at the departure airport — Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Lucknow or Ahmedabad, whichever is easiest for your family. Bags, documents and check-in are handled together. Nobody stands alone at a counter trying to work out what a form is asking.
Everyone flies on the same flight. Seats are arranged so families stay together and elderly pilgrims are not separated.
Arriving at Jeddah
Transport is waiting. From Jeddah it is the coach to Makkah and the hotel your itinerary named before you left home — not a hotel decided on arrival.
The days there
Three meals a day for the whole group. Air-conditioned coaches between Makkah, Madinah and every Ziyarat in the programme. Laundry done during the stay. And 18 Ziyarat sites in Makkah with 15 in Madinah, named before you booked so you know what you are seeing and why it matters.
Somebody from Bikaner, the whole way
This is the part that is hard to put on a price list, and it is the reason most of our pilgrims come back to us for the next journey or send their relatives.
Someone from the office travels with every caravan. Not a representative who meets you at the hotel — someone who was in the office when you booked, who is on the flight, who is on the coach, and who speaks the language at both ends.
On the way home each pilgrim carries five litres of sealed Zamzam. That part everybody remembers to ask about.
