Who we are
Madni Tour & Travels, Do Peer Road, Kote Gate, Bikaner, Rajasthan 334001. The office arranges Umrah, Hajj and Ziyarat journeys for pilgrims travelling in groups.
Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only when the office confirms it to you, in writing or on WhatsApp. Sending an enquiry does not hold a seat.
- Names must match the passport exactly. Corrections after ticketing may not be possible, and airlines charge for them where they are.
- Seats on a group are limited. Do not book leave or make other arrangements around a date until the office has confirmed your place.
Prices and what they include
- Prices shown on this website are per person, on a sharing basis, and are the prices at the time of publication.
- Every Umrah package includes the nine items listed on the Umrah page. Nothing else is included.
- Personal expenses, shopping, and the coach fare for the eight optional Ziyarat beyond Madinah are not included.
- Prices can be affected by things outside the office’s control — airfare changes, currency movement, and changes to government or Saudi charges.
Passports, visas and entry
- The office applies for the Umrah visa on your behalf. It cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted; that decision belongs to the Saudi authorities alone.
- Holding a valid passport, and meeting the health and vaccination requirements in force at the time of travel, is the pilgrim’s responsibility. The office gives you the current checklist when you book.
- If entry is refused by any authority, the office will assist but is not responsible for that decision.
What the office is responsible for
Arranging what the package describes, to a reasonable standard, and accompanying the group throughout the journey.
What is outside the office’s control
Flight delays and cancellations, weather, crowd conditions at the Haram, decisions of Saudi or Indian authorities, illness, and other events that no operator can prevent. The office will do what it reasonably can in such circumstances.
Conduct on the journey
Pilgrims travel as a group and are asked to keep to the group’s timings and arrangements. Where someone’s conduct puts the group or themselves at risk, the office may make separate arrangements for them.
